These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pinoy perya platform, including all games, payment services, and related features available at pinoyperya.co. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. Please read everything carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pinoy perya, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including browsing game listings, initiating a deposit, or placing a bet — you are entering into a binding agreement with the platform under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration. If you are accessing pinoy perya on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use pinoy perya, you must be at least 18 years of age. Online gaming and wagering are strictly restricted to adults under Philippine law and under the operating standards of this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. The platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial accounts are not eligible to hold player accounts. You must also ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in the location from which you access the platform. It is your responsibility, not the platform's, to verify your own legal eligibility before registering. 3. Account Creation & Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on pinoy perya. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. Pinoy perya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel — any such request should be treated as suspicious and reported to the support team immediately. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us as soon as possible so that appropriate security measures can be applied. The platform is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. You are strongly encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to keep your registered contact details current at all times.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered player on pinoy perya, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws in the Philippines. You must not use your account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that could harm the platform or other users. All funds deposited into your player account must be from legitimate sources — depositing funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. You are responsible for ensuring that all bets and wagers placed through your account are made by you personally and not on behalf of any third party.
You agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or technical vulnerabilities, or engage in any collusive behaviour with other players or staff members. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension. You must also refrain from posting, transmitting, or sharing any content through the platform that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, or harmful to any individual or group. Pinoy perya expects all users to interact respectfully with support staff and other players, and reserves the right to restrict access for users who engage in abusive behaviour. Compliance with these obligations is a condition of continued access to the platform.
5. Platform Usage Rules

6. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on pinoy perya — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform supports deposits via GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers through InstaPay and PESONet. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds being transferred belong to you and are sourced from a legitimate financial account registered in your name. The platform does not accept third-party deposits, and any deposit found to originate from an account that does not match your registered identity may be reversed and your account flagged for review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit documentation confirming your identity before funds are released. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to standard banking hours and e-wallet provider processing schedules. Pinoy perya does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which the platform has no control. The platform reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or a pending account review. 7. Limitation of Liability
Pinoy perya provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinoy perya and its operators, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of gaming funds due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from player decisions made during the course of gameplay, including decisions made under time pressure during live events or based on information the player believed to be accurate. Pinoy perya is also not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party e-wallet providers or banking institutions. In all cases, the platform's total liability to any individual player — if liability is established — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Pinoy perya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any behaviour that may harm the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud, accounts may be frozen immediately without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension, the player will be unable to access their account, place bets, or initiate withdrawals, but the platform will make reasonable efforts to complete any pending legitimate withdrawal requests following the conclusion of the review.
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may do so by contacting the support team using the email address listed in the footer of this page. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. Accounts that have been closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons — such as self-exclusion — will not be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period as specified during the closure process. 9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the pinoy perya platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the property of the platform or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not give you any ownership rights over the content, and you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Game titles, artwork, and mechanics provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are made available on the platform under licensing arrangements. Any unauthorised use of intellectual property belonging to pinoy perya or its content partners may result in legal action. 10. Third-Party Links & Services

These third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and pinoy perya does not accept responsibility for their content, availability, security practices, or the way they handle data shared with them during the course of providing their services. By using the platform, you acknowledge that interactions with third-party service providers are governed by those providers' own agreements and that any disputes arising from those interactions must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
Where third-party payment providers such as GCash or Maya are involved in processing your deposits or withdrawals, the platform acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by those providers. Players are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of all payment methods they use before initiating transactions. 11. Changes to These Terms

Pinoy perya will not apply revised terms retroactively to transactions or events that occurred before the effective date of the update, unless required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, your use of the platform, or any transaction made through pinoy perya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such dispute. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law that cannot be contractually waived.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by pinoy perya to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pinoy perya with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject.
